Home Partners of America is an organization which offers lease-to-own options for families wanting to purchase a home. Zap is supporting Home Partners by introducing an advertisement module that details Home Partners’ offerings. This module will appear for a number of pre-qualified Home Partners listings, serving as a potential lead source for agents, depending on the MLSs or listings you service.

 

The Home Partners advertisement can be displayed on the consumer site and controlled from within Zap.

 

Configure Home Partners from the ZapStore

 

NOTE: Home Partners is configurable by company admins only.

 

1. Select ZapStore from the left-hand sidebar.

2. Scroll down to locate the section, Ancillary Services.

3. Locate Home Partners of America, and click Learn More.

 

 

 

4. Click Link Website. This will allow Home Partners to display their offerings on consumer-facing listings. You can also use this page to Unlink Website.

 

 

What your consumers see 

The Home Partners program applies to specific MLSs on a listing-to-listing basis. To view the Home Partners module from the consumer site, look up a verified listing by address or MLS number. The Home Partners module will be displayed below the Home Details page next to the Mortgage Calculator.
